Crazy! It only has 11 miles on the odometer. I drive by it every day on the way to work.

Geez..........it's beautiful, but it deserves to be driven. *volunteers*
Who are they saving it for?

"The original owner purchased it new in 2005 from his local dealer and put it away in a climate controlled garage."

Maybe they are saving for you?

I'm scared to know what the state of the cooling system/brake lines/anything else that held fluid that has just sat there is.

Sounds like it was not totally neglected:
"It has been started and run over the past few years and had fuel stabilizer in the fuel system."

My friend has one "garaged since new" GT too. It's a bit shame for the car but at least it eventually end up in a museum when road going sisters are long gone.
My friend maintains the car even though it hasn't seen any road. Fluids tend to get horrible when time passes.

Someone who realized how smart of investments these are. The Ford GT is the only US car to never drop in value . You can get a 300% return on your investment if you bought one in 2005 and just left it in pristine condition like this. Even if you spend $10,000 a year on the garage, the guy who bought this could walk away with $130,000 in his pocket today for doing basically nothing.

I know, but cars are ment to be driven.

Twenty years from now, when other GTs are being restored, cars like this will be invaluable.

Even heavily driven cars are STILL 200k on the used market.
They made 4k of them. Everyone stands to see them. I've seen 7 different ones so far. All driven to some degree, and one of them a heritage edition.
This car can be garage queened. Its the only American Supercar, and its the only one that has ever climbed in value. Owners are allowed to.

Wouldn't be shocked if its had a few miles put on from simply driving to the end of the block and back to cycle fluids, and if its just been run and revved in place every now and then.

LOL taking it for a test drive would double the miles... Not sure they'd let anyone
